Short version: we ask for five things, we use them to look you up, and we don't sell anything to anyone. The site sets no cookies and tracks nothing.

Who we are
RankHigher.ie is operated by BIZBOOST LIMITED, registered in Ireland. We're the data controller for anything you send us through this site. To reach us about your details, message the WhatsApp number on the site.
What we collect, and only when you send it
The visibility check asks for your business name, the areas you cover, the work you want more of, your trade, your WhatsApp number, and your website if you have one. Nothing is collected until you choose to send it.
The form doesn't post to a server. It opens WhatsApp with those answers written into a message, which you then send yourself. That means your details arrive as an ordinary WhatsApp message and are held in that chat, subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
What we do with it
- Look up how your business currently shows up on Google in the areas you named.
- Reply to you on WhatsApp with what we found.
- If you go ahead, carry out the work we agreed.
That's it. We don't add you to a mailing list, we don't sell or share your details, and we don't pass them to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Your WhatsApp messages stay in the chat unless you or we delete them. Ask us to delete your details and we will. If we did a job for you, we keep the records we're required to keep for tax and accounting.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no advertising or social tracking pixels. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google's servers — that's the only third-party request the page makes.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us and we'll sort it. If you're not happy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Terms
The visibility check
The check is free and carries no obligation on either side. It's our honest read of how you currently show up and what we'd fix. It isn't a guarantee of results, and it stays yours whether you hire us or not.
The work
Work is quoted as a one-off job at a fixed price, agreed with you before anything starts, along with a timeframe. There's no retainer and no ongoing contract. Where we need access to your Google Business Profile or website to do the work, you give us that access and can remove it at any time.
What we can and can't promise
We don't control Google. Search results move for reasons nobody outside Google can see, and they change over time. We will not promise you a position, a number of calls or a level of revenue — and we'd be wary of anyone who does. What we stand over is the work itself: done properly, explained to you, and handed over.
Anything we show as an example of results is what was true at the time it was captured, for that business, in that area. It isn't a prediction about yours.
Handover and ownership
When the job's finished, the profile, the pages and the logins are yours. Nothing runs on in the background and there's nothing to cancel. Further work after handover is a new job, quoted separately.
Payment and cancellation
Payment terms are agreed with the quote before work begins. If you want to stop a job that's underway, tell us and we'll settle up for the work already done.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland.
